The following terms and conditions apply to all visits and transactions on www.Love-Home.co.uk

The use of the www.Love-Home.co.uk website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

Statutory Rights

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Love Home will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods and products subject to these terms and conditions.

Accuracy

It is the intention of everyone involved with Love Home to accurately detail all specifications, images and other information published on our website. However, Love Home cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. Some information may come from third parties such as suppliers and manufacturers. As many of the products are handmade to order, minor variations are likely. All specifications, images, sizes and descriptions on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.

Love Home makes no guarantee of accuracy. Full detailed specifications are available from Love Home on request via sales@love-home.co.uk Errors and omissions excepted.

Time limitation and notification of claims

Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier’s delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be notified to us within 48 hours from delivery. Incorrect goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.

Non-Delivery of goods: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 48 hours from the expected delivery date. If you have chosen and paid for a courier delivery, we will track your consignment and provide updates upon request.

Availability

We intend to keep our website stock levels up-to-date and accurate. However, all products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice. If we are unable to supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will NOT be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Pricing and Payments

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated in the basket and the checkout at the time when you place your order, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website do not include delivery charges. Love Home offers a choice of delivery options and these will be displayed and payable as indicated at the checkout at the time of placing your order

We use Square UK for all our secure payments through the website, so we can accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Visa debit, Mastercard, and various others. As part of the secure ordering process you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number as also record with your bank. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or even result in you bank declining payment. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your card has been properly received.

Typos and errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or an error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit or debit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including the associated delivery charges).

Delivery times

Most orders are delivered within 7 working days from order confirmation. Dates are given in good faith but are not the subject of any warranty or condition. Many items are handmade to order and so delays are possible. No liability will attach to us if delivery periods or dates are not met. Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries regarding this matter.

Cancellation of Orders & Returned Goods

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase please notify us as soon as possible as we will require any returns to be returned to us within 7 days working days from the date after the delivery date.

Personalised items will NOT be refunded. It is your responsibility to return purchases in pristine condition in its original box and packaging. For full details of how to return and order please contact us. YOU will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods in their original condition.

For cancellations of orders, amendments to orders or changes or corrections to personalisation please notify us within 1 hour of placing the order. Beyond this point we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order if the order has been passed to our team to create, personalise and/or despatch your item(s).

For items with no personalisation – if goods aren’t returned within 7 days after you have first informed us that you wish to cancel, we reserve the right to arrange collection of the item from you and to charge you for such collection (this does not apply to any items which have been personalised).

Subject to claim validly and correctly notified in accordance with the Time Limitation for Notification of Claim paragraph of our T’s and C’s, goods received back incomplete, damaged, or in used condition will either be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account or we reserve the right to levy a surcharge on such returned goods at a minimum 25% of the invoice price.

Marketing

You give permission for us to use your comments, mentions, feedback, messages, reviews and other content, including images, which may mention or show our brand, products, premises or staff, whether provided directly to us or via social media, review sites, our website, other websites or print medium with no obligation for us to attribute or compensate. We also reserve the right to remove content at our discretion, or where that content is hosted on third party sites, ask for the content to be removed.

Personalisation

For items which require personalisation, you will provide us with the correct spelling and wording. We will copy and paste your supplied information and will create your personalised product with that information. Any spelling or grammatical errors are your responsibility. Love Home accepts no liability when the supplied information is incorrect. We will print and replicate your supplied personalisation. No corrections or adjustments will be offered.
